The base rail forms the stable foundation of the test adapter system. Thanks to the form-fit design with a shoulder and M5 threaded connection, assembly plates and pin splitters remain securely fixed even under high daily loads.

The base rails are designed for continuous industrial use in production environments. They withstand high forces generated when clamping or inserting wire ends with large cross-sections, ensuring reliable operation over many years.
The mounting holes have a diameter of 4.6 mm and a spacing of 20 mm. This allows the base rails to be mounted directly onto wooden boards or onto mounting bases of the Panduit Quick-Build system.
